Terms of Sales
These Terms of Sales (below) apply to all orders placed on usagikun-japan.com between the buyer "customer" and the seller "Usagikun Japan". Orders placed on our sites assume that the customer fully accepts, without reservation and without conditions these Terms of Sale in force on the day of the order.
These Terms of Sale can be changed at any time by Usagikun Japan. It is up to the customer to consult and accept them before placing an order on the site.
The applicable Terms of Sales are those in force on the day of the order.
The products on our Usagikun Japan online store comply with Japanese laws and standards. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the products ordered comply with the importation into the customer's country. Product photos and information are provided by the manufacturers and are subject to change at any time.
If an ordered product turns out to be unavailable after the order, the customer will be notified by email and will be reimbursed in the form of a valid 1 year.
Product prices are calculated in yen (¥). The customer can display the prices in another currency using the menu at the top of the site. Note that the prices displayed in currencies other than the yen are calculated based on the yen (¥). It is for this reason that the prices displayed in other currencies may be different on each visit.
The price applied during payment is the price displayed in force at the time of the order.
Orders are made only via our online store except for professionals who can also send their orders by email. We do not take orders by FAX. It is possible to cancel an order if it has not yet been sent, otherwise it is no longer possible to cancel. It is not possible to combine two orders into one except in separate cases. If the customer places 2 orders, they will be shipped separately.
Payments are made only via Paypal. When finalizing your order, the customer redirected to the Paypal payment page to finalize your payment. Note that no payment is made directly on our sites. The information you provide to Paypal during payment is not communicated to us.
The order is validated only after payment has been made. The customer has 7 days to pay for his order, if payment is not made within 7 days of the order, it will be canceled by Usagikun Japan.
6. Order preparation
The order is prepared once the payment is validated. Usagikun Japan checks the availability of the products ordered and the customer will be notified by email in the event of a change in their order.
The delivery of the products ordered is done according to the choice of the customer when ordering. Please read our Shipping page to find out about the different shipping methods available. Packages are no longer the responsibility of Usagikun Japan as soon as they are dispatched.
Usagikun Japan does not cover customs and import fees if applicable. These costs are the responsibility of the customer as well as all necessary procedures for the import of products purchased from our stores. The customer is responsible for inquiring with the customs services of his country of the rules related to the importation of products into his territory.
We can help you with customs procedures by providing you with, for example, product ingredients, etc.
If a package is refused by customs, there can be no refund. If the customer decides to return the package, he will have to pay the shipping costs a second time.
If customs fees are applied and the customer wishes to refuse the package, all the fees that apply and the steps to return the package are the responsibility of the customer.
To avoid any surprises, it is advisable to check with customs for import conditions and customs fees.
9. Cancellation and return
Cancellations of orders are accepted as long as they have not yet been sent. Otherwise, it is no longer possible to cancel an order.
returns are not accepted for food products, we cannot re-sell food that has already traveled.
In the case of returns of a non-food product, the return costs are borne by the customer.
Refunds made on our Usagikun Japan online store are made only by credit note or reduction code except in exceptional cases.
No refund can take place if a package is returned for refusal by the customs of your country or if the customer refuses the package.
11. Paypal dispute
In the event of a Paypal dispute opened by the customer without first consulting Usagikun Japan may result in the suspension of the customer account. The rewards obtained with the order in question will be canceled.
The customer may also be refused various services thereafter, such as a reduced choice of carrier for example.
12. Personal information
The information that the customer communicates to Sakura Shoutengai when registering is intended for Sakura Shoutengai and is used in the processing and tracking of their order. Information can be passed on to the Japanese authorities in the event of a police investigation, for example.
Bank information will never be communicated to us by the Paypal site when paying the customer.
The customer can at any time and on simple request by email or by mail, request the deletion of his information on our Sakura Shoutengai sites.
13. Cases of force majeure.
The responsibility of Usagikun Japan cannot be implemented if the non-execution or the delay in the execution of one of its obligations described in these General Conditions of Sale results from a case of force majeure (earthquake, tsunami, pandemic, alien invasion :) etc ...)
Usagikun Japan reserves the right to block orders and shipments in progress if a large magnitude earthquake damages our premises and therefore, can no longer process orders for a time or in case of fire for example.
If such a case of force majeure occurs, Usagikun Japan agrees to inform the client of the current state as far as possible.
14. Legal notices
Usagikun Japan, Usagikun and Tanukikun are owned by Monsieur Lapin (ム ッ シ ュ ー ・ ラ パ ン) registered as a self-employed entrepreneur.
